Email electronic artwork to Winston Golf Company - Artwork must be Black & White, High Resolution, no gray tones, no shades and no color.The following Product Information is required:
- Item number and product description
- Color
- Quantity
- Price
The following information is required for Decoration and Personalization:
- Method - Deboss, Emboss, Hot Stamp, Embroidered
- Location of imprint
- Artwork
Customer Approval
Upon customer request, proof of artwork will be sent to the customer for approval (see Schedule of Proof Charges below). When the approval of the proof is received by Winston Golf Company, the order will move to production.Production and Shipping
Once an order is approved and produced it will be processed through shipping. The following shipping information is required:- Ship to address with contact name
- Shipping method (i.e. overnight, air, ground, etc.)
- Ship date
- In-hand date
Terms
Returns
Imprinted merchandise cannot be returned. Blank merchandise cannot be returned after 60 days. Any product complaints or requests for authorization to return merchandise must be in writing. Outgoing and incoming freight as well as a restocking charge are the responsibility of the customer.Payment
Net 30 days upon credit approval. First orders, large orders and custom orders will require a deposit or prepayment. Visa and Mastercard are accepted.Cancellations
All orders are considered firm and cannot be canceled except upon written authorization from Winston Golf Company. If the order is in production costs will be billed on the basis of work completionGeneral

All custom orders will be quoted upon customer requestRush Orders
Rush Orders are available for most standard items. Contact Winston Golf Company about this service. Customers are requested to confirm rush orders in writing to verify delivery dates. Due to availability of inventory, capacity and extra shipping costs, additional charges may apply.Proof Charges
